International Orders
We offer complimentary shipping for all orders within Thailand. Your order will be delivered directly to your specified address.
We provide worldwide shipping for international orders. Please note that the international shipping fee does not include the cost of the products.
For shipments outside of Thailand, there may be additional charges such as duties, customs tariffs, and government service taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges will be separate from the shipping fee and will be the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery
Shipping Terms
All orders are dispatched from Thailand on weekdays, from Monday to Friday. Deliveries are made through our trusted courier service and will be delivered to your premises.
Delivery time is expected between 12pm to 8pm on weekdays, excluding public holidays. If you place an order on a public holiday, it will be shipped on the next working day.
Please note that all deliveries require a signature upon receipt. Once the carrier releases the package with or without a signature, we cannot be held responsible for any missing or damaged packages. We are also not liable for any parcels lost or misplaced after they have been delivered to a shipping service location or any freight forwarding services.
Please ensure that you provide accurate delivery information and track your package closely for a smooth and successful delivery experience.
