  • What are your business hours?
    Our store operates from Monday to Sunday, including holidays, with our hours of operation being 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (GMT+7). We are open every day to serve you and look forward to welcoming you during our business hours.
  • Do I need an appointment to visit your store?
    You do not need an appointment, please visit any of our stores at a time most suitable for you. However, requesting an appointment with one of our gems ambassadors will guarantee you a perfectly tailored service free from interruptions.
  • What languages can the Customer Service team or the Gems Ambassador assist me in?
    Both of our teams can assist you in English, Thai, and Chinese.
  • Can I take pictures in your store?
    To ensure the privacy and comfort of all our customers, we kindly request that photography within our store be limited or avoided. We value the privacy of our customers and believe it is important to create a pleasant and respectful environment for everyone. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting the privacy of fellow shoppers during your visit. To capture multiple stills and videos of shop interiors and exteriors, commercial or otherwise, permission must first be sought from our Press Office (press.office@gems-exhibition.com). This is so we can protect the integrity of our store, any commercially sensitive information, and most importantly the identity of our guests and team members.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    At our store, we offer various payment methods to accommodate our valued customers' preferences. Currently, we accept the following payment options: Cash: We accept cash payments in Thai Baht (THB), Chinese Yuan (CNY), United States dollars (USD), and Singapore dollars (SGD). Credit Card/Debit Card: We welcome payments made using Visa and Mastercard credit or debit cards. Alipay and WeChat Pay: For added convenience, we support payments through popular mobile payment platforms such as Alipay and WeChat Pay. UnionPay (CPU): We gladly accept UnionPay cards, providing our customers with another secure and reliable payment option. QR Code: Our payment system supports QR code payments, allowing you to scan and complete your transaction seamlessly. We strive to offer a wide range of payment methods to ensure a convenient and hassle-free shopping experience for our customers.
  • What currencies can I pay in cash?
    We accept cash payments in Thai Baht (THB), Chinese Yuan (CNY), United States Dollar (USD) and Singapore Dollar (SGD).
  • What VAT is charged on my purchase?
    The current rate for Value-added tax (VAT) in Thailand is 7%. VAT is levied on the sale of goods and the provision of services and already included into the sale price.
  • Do you offer any financing or installment options for jewelry purchases?
    We regret to inform you that we do not currently offer financing or installment options for our products.
  • Do you have after-sales service?
    Yes, we do. As our products have lifetime warranty, we have after sales service for every product. The service includes setting cleaning, setting adjustment and modification, repair and maintenance. Please bring your certificate of guarantee together with the jewel to our store any time you require a service.
  • Do you provide repair service?
    Yes, we do provide repair services for jewelry items. To have your item repaired, simply bring it to our store and our knowledgeable staff will assist you further. They will carefully assess the condition of the item and discuss the repair options available to you. Once the repair details and cost are determined, our skilled craftsmen will work on restoring your jewelry to its original condition.
  • How do I replace missing pieces from the jewelry sets?
    To replace missing pieces from jewelry sets, we offer assistance depending on the type of set. If you have missing half pairs of earrings or other missing items in your set, we can work to help you replace them. However, please note that there may be an additional charge for the missing pieces, such as diamonds or other gemstones. To accurately estimate the repair cost and provide you with the best solution, we kindly request you to bring the jewelry set to our store. Our expert staff will carefully assess the situation, discuss the available options with you, and provide a detailed cost breakdown for the replacement or repair of the missing pieces. We understand the importance of completing your set and restoring its beauty, and we will do our utmost to assist you in this process.
  • Do you offer to resize?
    Yes, whether it's a ring, bracelet, necklace, or any other piece, our team will work diligently to provide a resizing solution that meets your specific requirements. However, some jewels, due to their unique design, cannot be re-sized. Please visit our store with the jewelry piece you wish to resize, and our staff will be delighted to assist you further and discuss the resizing options available.
  • Can I resize it even though I purchased it many years back?
    Yes, you can still have your jewelry resized. We offer resizing services for our customers, regardless of the purchase date. We recommend visiting our store with the jewelry you wish to resize, and our expert staff will assess the piece and provide guidance on the available options. Please also bring the certificate of guarantee along with your jewelry for the after sale service.
  • Do I need to book an appointment for an after sale service?
    You do not need to book an appointment for after-sale service. Our store is open during regular business hours, and you can visit us at your convenience. Whether you require repair, cleaning, resizing, or any other after-sale service, our knowledgeable staff will be ready to assist you. Simply bring the item and any relevant documents, such as the certificate of guarantee, and our team will assess the situation and provide the necessary service.
  • Can you clean my jewelry?
    Yes. When you bring your jewelry in for our cleaning service, our skilled professionals will not only clean your jewelry but also perform a thorough inspection of the prongs. We will check the prongs to ensure that they are secure and properly holding the gemstones in place. If any adjustments or repairs are needed, we will take care of them as part of our comprehensive service. Please also bring the certificate of guarantee along with your jewelry for the after sale service.
  • What are your store policies regarding COVID-19 safety measures?
    While the government of Thailand has stated that wearing face coverings is recommended but not mandatory, we have adopted a cautious approach within our store. We strongly encourage our staff to continue wearing face masks as an additional precautionary measure. This decision reflects our commitment to prioritizing the health and safety of both our employees and customers.
